QuestionWhat is the actual wattage output of this speaker? Description says 3.3 but I have a hard time believing that. I have a 6 watt at home with a bigger battery that isn't nearly as loud as the one I heard in the store.

QuestionHow many devices can be paired? For example, I want to pair my phone, my Apple TV and my iPad so that I don't have to unpair/repair when switching from device to device.

- Answer I have no problems connecting multiple devices with this speaker. My family of 5 all can use speaker paired to different phones and iPad If it doesn’t connect right away turn it off and try again. Usually works second attempt at connecting.

- Answer Unfortunately you cannot skip to the next song using the speaker. You'll need to use you'r source's controls to skip songs.

- Answer Mine only took about an hour after using it 9 hours in my truck at work. If you are able to connect to a USB port while using it, it will recharge while in use.

QuestionI recently purchased this, and had no problems with it until today. I plugged the unit in to charge, and it has been charging for over 8 hours. When I disconnected the charger, the red charge light is still on and the unit will not turn on. Any help?

- Answer Are you charging it with the stock cable the speaker came with? I’ve found that some micro usb do not charge for example my PS4 micro usb will not charge it so I will use the stock JBL cable with a standard iPhone usb to wall socket

QuestionI just bought this speaker and hooked to my computer. When I walked away for a while, it turned itself off. Can I set it to not turn itself off so I don't have to turn it on and reconnect to it every time? If not, I may have to look for another speaker.
