Make sure the speaker is in bluetooth pairing mode. Mine appeared right away when pairing with several different devices.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you have already connected your speaker to another source, you will have to do a factory reset in order to get it into the “pair” mode. To do this simply hold down the up volume button at the same time as you hold down the Bluetooth button. Hold them down for several seconds. Your speaker will make a sound, and shut off. When you turn it back on it will be in the “Pair” mode, and your Samsung should be able to pick it up. Your speaker once connected to a source will stay connected until you reset it.

If it is not visible in your phone's Bluetooth list, pair it by pressing the Bluetooth button on the speaker. Make sure there are no other devices connected to your speaker. Turn off Bluetooth on previously paired devices. Once the speaker is paired, it will automatically enter pairing mode the next time you use it.
