Mine have the same issue. And sometimes the earbuds will go dead in the case because they are constantly connected even though I'm not using them. I will never buy another set of these. They are expensive and should work better.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's a flaw in the connection to the charging case. No way to correct.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm having the same problem. That's weird! It should not be a coincidence when so many people are having the same problem! My earbuds will be in the case, on the charger, and there's no sound coming out of my phone. I have started taking them out, and putting them back in. It'll help for a while. When I had a different phone, the sound went out completely, and never came back after using them. I'm tempted to disconnect them from my new phone, that I recently got. At first, there was no problem. But it's just recently started with this one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I found that putting my outer rim piece on the biggest one helps keep the earbuds in it’s charging case. They designed it to take all of them and if you fit the mold at it’s max it should allow for little wiggle room. It’s annoying but it works for me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.First JBL buds i bought it charge wont stay at all . Within Minutes it will go from 100% to 20%. I got it change since it was in warranty but new one is new problem . Keeps Connecting to my phone while in the case. Its so annoying !! JBL sucks
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have JBL Free buds and mine do the same thing. They silently connect to my phone while still in the case. It seems to happen when the case charge goes down to a certain level. It does not happen while the case is plugged in. The buds continue to send out bluetooth signals until they and the case are fully discharged. This happens even after disconnecting the phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The earbuds should turn off once the charging case is closed. Also, please make sure that the earbuds are properly seated in the case.
