QuestionI have converted music into mp3 format and loaded it and it says its in there but when I try to play from headphones it doesn't play. yes, I am in mp3 mode...very frustrated.

- Answer Figured it out... when you sync using windows media player, it drops the files in a folder called 'music'... the extraneous folders get in the way. go into your music folder, cut and paste all your mp3's and place them external hard drive (mine says F:) folder... 'naked' so to speak... It fixed it for me. I was getting grumpy too.

QuestionHi, I really love the headphones so far. I'd like to take them swimming tomorrow but when testing to see if I can lock the headphones, they won't lock. I tap once and then tap and hold for 5 seconds and it goes right over to bluetooth rather than lock.

QuestionI started music and then got in water, and as soon as I went under my music stopped and was replaced with a few beep type of sounds then nothing.

- Answer Don't have the solution, but the exact same problem.....windows says the "device is Malfunctioning" (I'm using Win10 but also in Win8 the same message appears).... The head phones work; but unable to open them as a windows folder and transfer MP3 files. Broken?

- Answer We appreciate your time in reaching us. To answer your inquiry, Bluetooth does not work under water. Since the Endurance DIVE has a built-in MP3 player for music and is IPX7 waterproof. You can use the headphones submerged to 1 meter depth, up to 30 minutes at a time. Also note that for normal swimming, you won't be submerged all the time, so the headphones should be waterproof for the duration of your swim. Please take not that the IPX7 rating only tells us that the product has been tested and still waterproof after 30 minutes at a depth of 1 meter. But It doesn't tell us that this is the maximum time it will stay waterproof.

QuestionI can lock my headphones but the volume gets very low once in swimming pool. It’s as good as not listening to music. Also sometimes they come out while swimming.

QuestionMy JBL endurance dive doesn’t connect automatically with my phone sometimes. I have to forget this from Bluetooth then pair again. Then it will Work. It happens 1-2 times in a day. And sometimes touch controls don’t work except long press touch.

QuestionHaving a nightmare. Wanted to change my music so deleted files from the external drive. This was clearly mistake. Now I can't import a single track as it says the memory is full. Even though there is nothing on the drive. How can I reset?

QuestionI have the JBL ENDURANCE DIVE headphones. When i open them to use them. The red light comes on. Then blinks right back off. They are fully charged though. Can you tell me how to make the red light, stay on, so i can connect them? They were working.

QuestionI am having the same problem that others have had in that i can't use the Endurance DIVE for swimming. I can not lock the device. When i try to do so, the unit either turns off or reverts to Bluetooth. I don't need another device for use with my cell.

- Answer When you see a solid red light, it means that there's no device connected with the headphones. Please make sure that you've put JBL Endurance Dive in pairing mode. To do so, tap the right earpiece once, then tap and hold for 5 seconds, to bring the earphone into pairing mode.
