A:AnswerI found the cable to be poorly constructed, Your best options are to either A) send everything back to the MFG and wait for them to swap it out or B) buy a cable from the MFG if you are outside of warranty. Hopefully you bought Geek Squad Protection on your device and this can be handled in the store with out issues.
