The charge in my experience has lasted somewhere between 10 and 11 hours. This was at half volume and with a full charge. You cannot replace the batteries, but I guess if you ever have issues you will need to contact JBL. It comes with a USB cable to charge it with your PC or a USB charger. You can even charge it the car with a USB Adapter, since it uses a Micro-USB cable similar to those used by Samsung devices.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Charge lasts about 7 hours of play time recharges with using a cord which i believe is basically the same as a samsung phone charger and as for the battery i havnt had to replace it yet but im not sure if u can do it yourself
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have used the speaker for several hours on one charge. Uses a mini USB cord, one is included with the speaker. Don't know that the battery is replaceable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The charge lasts pretty close to 10hr as advertised doesn't take too long to charge from dead to full couple of hours but never actually timed it. It is fairly robust and has lasted 10hrs while in the cold 0-5 degrees f. I suspect if the battery fails the speaker is done.
