• Press the power button, if nothing happens you can contact customer service, because thats all that you need to do

• Hold down the power button on the back of the speaker. It could possibly need a charge

• To turn on the JBL Flip 5, simply press the power button located beside the Bluetooth button. In order to pair and connect it to your phone, press the Bluetooth button once and open the Bluetooth menu of your phone. Search for the JBL Flip 5, once detected, pair and connect.
