Turned the volume down to the lowest setting via phone cause I couldn’t figure out how to adjust the volume on the earbuds themselves and it’s still very loud kind of killing my brain cells at this point also tried holding the left ear phone but it just disconnects from Bluetooth
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You hold down the right one to increase and left to lower. I had to mess with them for a bit to get it to work. The earbuds voice even says "maximum volume" as i hear it increase. Pretty lame that the manual doesnt even cover this.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can't. You have to use whatever device they're connected to. It's the same as the AirPods. I kind of wish they simply added a "double click" or "triple click" functionality to lower or raise the volume. Hopefully in the next edition.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You dont...the JBL free x has no volume control, holding either button (left or right), actually disconnects the blue tooth. The only function either button operates is the "Next track" and "Pause track Its the reason the set is cheap"
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. These are, by far the most disappointing and lack luster headphones I've ever used. I'm returning them tomorrow. You CANNOT change the volume via the headset. Only the device. I don't know who these other people are or if they even know what headset they are using but it is NOT THIS MODEL. Stay away from this headset unless this your VERY FIRST wireless headset. Even then, spend $20 on a wired set that outperforms this garbage.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You don't. If you press the button on either bud, you will pause the audio. If you long hold either button, you shut off the bud. Shutting off the right side bud will disconnect from any device you are attached to. For single ear use, the right bud does need to be active, but you can obviously use either bud.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.these ear buds are so loud that I cannot stand to use them. My phone is on the lowest setting and the buds still blast in my ear. Tapping the left bud only turns them off but never adjusts the sound. These are going back to the store tomorrow.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can't adjust volume at all on these. They don't support volume control. They're a piece of crap. I ended up putting blu-tack in the speaker grill to reduce the volume.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes! Gentle, long press on right earbud increases volume, gentle, long press on left decreases volume. Oddly, this isn’t in the manual but it works great.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My product completely difficult
