This is a consistent problem with this product, while I like the ease of use and sound quality, both pairs I purchased had the same problem after about six weeks use. One side fails to charge. This is obviously an engineering problem with the product itself and both best Buy and JBL should stop selling them until it is corrected. They are ripping off consumers by knowingly selling a defective product.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This happened to mine as well after the second use. The left one is now dead and will not turn on. It will light up momentarily after putting it in the charger, but won't turn on. I hope JBL will honour their 1 year warranty because this is a very shoddy product if it's happening to many others!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi, i had this same problems with my jbl free and i found the problem, but i needed to open the case. Inside the case, has two magnets close to the chargens of the bugs and one of the magnets was unglued. So i needed to take off the magnet that was with the motherboard (thas why didn't make any noise) and glue in the right place. I hope that i help!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi there! The piece of metal is damaged ! Go to bestbuy, they have to give you a new one. The problem with that is, when you hit the case with the headphones you are damaging the little piece of metal because it has a magnet! That happened to me with the first generation! And For the price, this are the best true wireless headphones that I have tried, I tried the Bose, Sony, beats and some more brands but no one like jbl, this things are sweatproof and waterproof and the generation 2 has a way better connection and sound. The only problem is the one you have right now, but if you try to be careful when you put it to charge, you won’t have that problem!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I did not get mine from Best Buy - I got mine as a bundle from Verizon when I got my new iPhone X. Same thing is happening to my left ear bud. It is no longer magnetic. I take very good care of my ear buds, phone, etc. Not sure what this issue is!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The problem I had that one of the pins didn’t have enough “spring” to keep contact with the earbuds.. might be your problem aswell. Just throw your earbuds in the charger then remove them and see if all the pins spring back up again. This is the reason wiggling or removing the silicon sometimes helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.JBL will not fix the case nor will they offer to sell a replacement case. Only option is to purchase new earbuds .... hopefully from someone else as this is a problem that Is well known.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have been thru 2 pair of JBL air buds and both stopped working properly. They are unreliable and not very good. JBL should get out of the air bud business. Do not buy JBL folks!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Think so
