- Answer Yes, the HORIZON comes with a multi-voltage power supply. The voltage rating is from 100-240 volts, it is completely safe to use Internationally

- Answer Yes. If you hold down the SLEEP button (Crescent moon with stars) for more than 2 seconds, the display will shut off entirely. Press any button to turn it back on.

QuestionHow can I quickly turn off the alarm when it is set for the radio? I tried pressing the radio button but it won't work. After about a minute of going off the radio button then works to silence it.

QuestionWhy in the world you cannot upload your own alarmtones? I would like to insert like Super Mario alarmtone, so why not include this option in this JBL Horizon 2? Atleast one mp3 file you could use...I'm very disapointed.

QuestionWhen ever i plug in and plug out the diaplay is gone and it came after a very long time. Why it's like that???? Till then only the ambience light is turned on and there is no display. Please check the photo attached as your reference. Thankyou.

- Answer Our JBL Horizon only has sleep set timer to keep the Horizon awake from 5-90 mins before going to sleep.
