- Answer In my experience with these headphones it would actually take some serious effort to get these to come out your ears. The fit can be a bit uncomfortable at first until you get used to them though.

QuestionI have bought this Headphones but I just can't make the left ear work. I tried reseting the device, tapped 2 times to sync them and the JBL app recognizes the device but can't connect. Sound only through right side. Tried everything that I found googling.

Question1) Can you use Google assistant while the mobile phone it's on locked screen because otherwise is a bit useless if you have to unlock the phone first. 2) How do you answer/hang up when someone is calling? Is it possible while wearing only the one earbud?
