A:AnswerOur JBL Live 650BTNC can be paired and connected with any Bluetooth devices for music playback. However, we don't recommend to use it for media with videos as it may have audio/video delays. We suggest using wired headphones or Bluetooth headphones with aptX codec which our headphones do not have.
A:AnswerIf your JBL Live 650 BTNC won't hold a charge anymore, then the battery could've been bad now. Unfortunately, the battery in our headphones is not replaceable.
A:AnswerYes you can the button that is next to the Bluetooth pairing button is the button to turn on or off the ANC mode. A white light on means ANC is on and no white light showing means ANC is off. Hope this helps.
