QuestionI'm on the verge of buying one but I'm doubtful about the sound quality when it's down low with not being clear & the quilitly of the bass matching the mids and highs in a smaller area with a small crowd while it's loud as also mentioned from someone?

QuestionThe only way it works is if you plug into a outlet or can you play it off of a vehicle connection of some sort?

- Answer You have to plug in the power cord into some outlet you could get a car adapter thats a regular outlet but you may want to check wattage cause the 1000 party box uses 1100 watts

- Answer Our JBL Partybox 1000 has a power output of 1100 W and it doesn't have a battery integrated. We don't recommend running it from a vehicle. Since it needs to be plugged into a power source for it to work.

- Answer Our JBL PartyBox 1000 is a standalone speaker. It is not advisable to connect this with your amplifier/ receiver since this product is a powered speaker with an already built-in amplifier. We recommend our JBL Stage A190 as front surround speakers for your planned 5.1 setup. If you need more help, please reach out to our Customer Support.

- Answer Thank you for the inquiry. Our JBL Partybox 1000 does not come with an app to make the Bluetooth undiscoverable. However, once the speaker has been paired to the source, it will not be recognized by any other Bluetooth source.
