QuestionI have 2 jbl partybox 300s and i pair them over bluetooth. however i want one to have differtent volume levels for both how can i do this?

- Answer I have 2 jbl partybox 300's and use them for a home system. Its a bit of a hassle having to re pair them every time i power them back on so i thought if i paired them with RCA cables it would be more convenient. Problem is now i can only control volume to the first speakers using my smart phone. The volume of other speaker can only be controlled manually at the speaker.

QuestionMy Partybox 300 don’t turn on all what i got when I plugged it to the wall is orange light from power button and can’t turn it on also it doesn’t charge !! Do think the battery issue? Is it working if the battery defective? Changing the battery fix it

QuestionCan the front side of the jbl partybox 300 stand splashes? Or is the main reason that the speaker is not water resistant because of its backside?

- Answer Our JBL Partybox 300 it's not IPX rated so it's not water-resistant. We suggest keeping it away from being splashed with water to avoid damaging it. However, you can check our JBL PartyBox 310 has IPX4 splashproof protection.

QuestionI experience a beep when I turn up the volume when the partybox is connected to My IPhone. Its irritating because I dont experience loud sound. Any ideas what to do?

- Answer The beep you're hearing indicates that the speaker is on maximum volume level. This feature cannot be turned off.
