- Answer Thanks for reaching out. Our JBL PartyBox 300 Portable Bluetooth Speaker doesn't feature Partyboost technology. You can connect compatible speakers wirelessly via TWS (True Wireless Stereo using Bluetooth connection up to 2 party speakers) or wired via one RCA output to another. You can also play music from a USB thumb drive or wirelessly stream high-quality sound from your smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth.

QuestionHI, What is the best way to connect two JBL party boxes 300 and 310 to a dj controller hercules inpulse 500? if I just connect two speakers with cable via daisy chain or better directly to a controller, but the controller has only one output channel.

- Answer Our JBL Partybox 310 can only connect to another Partybox 310 for a TWS connection. It can't pair to other Partybox models such as the Partybox 100, 200, or 300 via TWS connection. Make sure to consult your DJ controller's manual for proper connections.

- Answer If you plug a microphone at the microphone port of our JBL PartyBox 300, the Bluetooth feature of the speaker will not work. You can connect one corded mic and a Bluetooth mic to the speaker if it has its own Bluetooth module that is also plugged in the mic port of the speaker.

- Answer Our Partybox 300 uses a 2-pic charging cable. As long as the TV cable is compatible with the Partybox AC cable, it is possible to use this as a substitute charging cable.

- Answer Hello ebizzle - I found the below information from a site that did a review on the Part Box "On The Go" model. I am guessing the PB300 may be the same folder read and playback (?) https://techaeris.com/2021/05/03/jbl-partybox-on-the-go-review-a-fun-and-excellent-outdoor-portable-party-speaker/ -The JBL PartyBox On-The-Go supports up to 8 subfolders. -Playback will occur in alphabetical order with main folders first, then subfolders. -Use the controls at the top to skip songs, play, pause.

- Answer Hello BackdoorBob I'm a bit confused when you say "if your vehicle came with RCA "INPUTS" for audio and video"... I'm guessing you mean OUTPUTS instead ? If your car stereo has RCA outputs - it would be as easy as connecting your car stereo via a double RCA cord to the RCA input on the PB. Of course you'd need a cord long enough to go from the car stereo to where you have the PB. Also ensure you use properly shielded RCA wires for that application. I hope that helps.

QuestionI have had a jbl 300 for awhile know but when I connect my phone to a projector the sound goes from the box to the projector and does this box have a microphone for phone calls. I figure it doesn't because it always disconnects when I get a phone call.

QuestionI have a usb mic receiver that needs to pull charge from the Party box USB port to work but the receiver isn’t turning on when I plug it in. Any suggestions? It says it needs to be plugged into a 5v USB port and the party box should support that correct?

- Answer Please isolate the issue by connecting your mic receiver to a different device's USB port. If the receiver still doesn't power on, there could be something wrong with its power circuit.
