QuestionHello, im owner of pb310, I know the sudden increase in high volume can harm the woofers, i was connected with my phone on speaker, i had it on max volume (not playing music) and suddenly had a messenger video call on max volume.This can harm the speaker?

- Answer It is perfectly fine to use the Partybox 310 at max volume once, in a while. This will only drain the charge of the battery faster.

QuestionHello, I am trying to decide between 310 and 710…which speaker would be the best for outdoor party with 40+ people, and would the 310 be loud enough? Thank you in advance!

- Answer It really depends on what “loud enough” means for you, If I were you doing a party for 40 people I’d get the 710 for the fact that will be louder, im not sure the 310 can host a party for 40 people being an owner of one myself, especially outdoors

QuestionIf I pair/synch two JBL 310 speakers and on the master I adjust the bass, will the other 'synched' speaker have it's bass adjusted accordingly? Or do I have to adjust both speakers separately despite the fact they are synched? Thanks

QuestionWhen i connect 2 JBL partybox 310 using a 3.5mm audio cable, one coonecting on the daisy chain out and the other one going into the other 310 daisy chain in, both the box's are playing but they are playing very low. Please help

- Answer You can play the JBL Partybox 310 at full blast, the only thing that will be affected by playing the JBL Partybox 310 at full volume is the playtime, as the longevity of the battery is dependent on the volume and music content you're playing. QuestionI brought party box 310 in December 26 2021 .I play 3 times with almost fullsound without lights .I noticed battery life was 4 5 hours only ..Is it ok ? Or battery have issue?

QuestionI find the high frequencies are muffled. I have my Samsung s21 ultra connected via bluetooth. Does the JBL 310 Partybox support the Samsung UHQ upscaler codec ? I want to try this function if it would help improve the fidelity with the high frequencies.
