Please make sure to turn off other unused Bluetooth devices nearby and move them away from other sources of wireless signals, such as Wi-Fi signals. You may also try to use a different application and connect it to a different device to isolate the issue. We also recommend doing a factory reset. To do this, press and hold the Light Show & Bluetooth buttons together for more than 2 seconds.
