Q: QuestionI noticed that this says that it is surround sound. Is it 7.1 surround sound?

• A:Answer Our JBL Quantum 100 doesn't have surround sound but is compatible with Windows Sonic Spatial Sound which is a native surround sound system built into Windows 10 and Xbox ONE consoles.

Q: QuestionWhat is the measurement of the size of the ear pieces? my current pair is 3" x 3.5" and the padding causes my earrings to hurt my ears if I leave them in while using them, so I'm trying to avoid that in my next pair.

• A:Answer Both mic and headphones will work if your laptop has combined mic/audio in one port. If not, you would have to use an audio splitter to separate the mic and audio into two jacks.

• A:Answer Our Quantum Series is made up of various materials such as Polypropylene, Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, Polyoxymethylene, Thermoplastic elastomers, and PU leather with the earpads. Sweat that sits on the cushion can penetrate inside and leave the earpad prone to cracking and peeling. It’s important to wipe away any moisture when you’re done using the headphones.
