The 2.4GHz wireless connection (USB Dongle) can only be used with PC, PlayStation, Mac, and VR. - Answer Our JBL Quantum 800 headset is created for gaming and is compatible with a PC using the 3.5mm aux cable and the 2.4GHz wireless connection (USB Dongle). Bluetooth can be used but may have audio/video latency when playing games or watching videos.

QuestionI have the JBL QUANTUM 800 hooked to my ps4 pro by the usb dongle.. when I'm in a game the game audio-chat balance toggle only adjusts volume.. so both toggles only adjust volume.. is there a fix or something I'm missing??

QuestionWill these work with my Windows PC for telecommuting? I need both a microphone and headphones while attending remote meetings. The application we use is Microsoft Teams. I would also like to listen to streaming music when not in meetings.

- Answer Yes, because even if you are using the headset for two different things it will still stay connected via Bluetooth until you disconnect it manually or power off the headset

- Answer Our JBL Quantum 800 can only do 1 source at a time. You can either only take the call through Bluetooth or Play the game with the headphones.

- Answer While hooked up through the 3 5mm cord the headphones are powered off and volume is controlled via the device playing the audio or the volume control/mute button built into the cord. All electric functions i.e. noise cancellation, talk-through, LEDs, etc. are disabled while listening via 3.5mm audio cord.

QuestionIs the Noise Cancellation in this model comparable to that of the JBL Live 650BTNC? Why is the battery life so much worse, even with a larger battery - are the RGB lights and/or extra radios always on? Can the firmware be updated?

- Answer The noise cancellation is pretty good on these! LEDs can be toggled on and off via button on headset or PC program. I cant speak for the other model but my furnace is near my PC and is pretty loud and these will almost entirely silence the sound of it running. I've also flew a few times and brought them along and they work well canceling the jet noise. Battery life was disappointing especially with LEDs on (I never use them because of that) I probably only get 10 hours maybe more with LEDs OFF but other people I know do get much better battery life. I may have gotten a bad battery or charged it improperly to be fair.
