How do I pair these w my phone null

If you have an Android 10, they will not pair. JBL does not support Android 10 and apparently has no intention of doing so (even though their older technology will pair with Android 10 devices just fine, such as the Pulse 2). If you have a non-Android 10 device, then it should pair quite simply like any other device, unless there are even more exceptions I'm not clear on. JBL should make this key fact very clear on their packaging and ad campaigns.

Firstly, make sure they are fully charged. Then put them in your ear and press the black power button and hold it down until you hear a voice say "power on, battery good". Then go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone, make sure Bluetooth is on. Hit the 'scan" button if it does not automatically start scanning for devices. "JBL Reflect Mini2" should appear in your devices list, tap to connect. You will hear a voice say, "connected"! The earphones should now show "connected" on your phone and be in the paired list.

Hello, you simply press the power button (leave it pressed) till it says "Pairing". Then hit scan in your bluetooth menu in your ohone, you should see it.

Hold down the power button until it says "Bluetooth pairing" then go to your phone. Settings -> Bluetooth -> then select the headphone name from available devices showing.
