QuestionIf they are stolen with case, can they be gps tracked?

- Answer Our JBL Tune 130NC TWS doesn't have a GPS to track it if stolen. It only has a Find My Earbuds feature on the JBL Headphones App, where you could send a beeping sound to the earbuds to locate it while they're connected to Bluetooth in case they got lost/misplaced within the vicinity.

QuestionDoes the button work even if you are wearing gloves? Some earbuds have to sense your finger which is a problem when it is cold outside and you are wearing gloves, while other earbuds have an actual physical button that moves and can be used with gloves.

- Answer Despite what JBL support stated, I have confirmed that these buttons do NOT work when pressed with gloves on.

- Answer Our JBL Tune 130NC TWS comes with a choice of 3 sizes of eartips (S, M, or L). You may choose the right size for your ears so that they will stay in your ears and not fall out during your workout. The charging time is 2 hours (from empty) and the battery life is 40 hours, delivering JBL's Pure Bass Sound. It has a frequency response that can go down to 20 Hz and a dynamic drive size of 5.8mm, allowing you to experience its Pure Bass Sound feature for every music track.

- Answer Our JBL Tune 130NC TWS is compatible to be used with devices that have Bluetooth capabilities like phones, tablets, and laptops. It isn't recommended to be used with gaming consoles as you may experience audio-video delays. We would recommend our JBL Quantum series of Headphones instead.

- Answer Our JBL Tune 130NC TWS is recommended to be used for streaming audio with mobile phones, tablets, and laptops. Using it for watching videos, especially on TV may cause audio-video delays since these headphones don't have APTX HD Low Latency features.

QuestionI bought these in Dec/22. I exchanged in Feb/23, due to the low volume in the right earbud. Now, almost a year to the day later in 2024, the same earbud in the newer pair is doing the same thing. What's the issue? They are cleaned daily, and were reset.
