Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had this issue as well, but with a different model of JBL earbuds. I was advised by JBL to clean the connections with alcohol on a small cotton swab. Seemed to help a bit, but the charging port on those were very deep. Have not had the issue yet with the 230NC's, but looking at them I think they will be easier to keep clean and working properly. If you have not done so, contact JBL customer service - they will email you the cleaning instructions and possibly offer a replacement if that doesn't work.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine doesn't power up at all. I get no sound out, no light on the earbud, and no sound. Won't turn on. I tried cleaning it to make sure there wasn't anything effecting the connecting points and didn't work.
