We appreciate your inquiry. Our JBL Tune 660NC headphones are designed with a closed-back enclosure, which helps to reduce sound leakage. For more optimal noise reduction, make sure to adjust the headband and earcups fit securely to your head and ears, turn on the active noise cancellation (ANC) feature by pressing the ANC button which can be found on the headphone between the light indicator and aux cable input.
