How do you connect the rubber earbud covers? null

Thanks for your inquiry. Our JBL Tune Flex TWS comes with three (3) sizes of sealing eartips. You can pull the existing eartip to remove it and place the other eartip by pushing it down the earbud. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

I had the same issue. You have to pull off the piece that came on the end, it is there just to protect it. The earbud cover does not go over the piece how it came. Once you pull that off the earbud covers fit just fine.
