How do you mount the rubber tips on to the earbud? null

Thanks for your inquiry. Our JBL Tune Flex TWS comes with three (3) sizes of sealing eartips. You can pull the existing eartip to remove it and place the other eartip by pushing it down the earbud. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

You must remove a plastic little cap one the bud first. I struggled until I finally read the instructions telling me that.
