• Thanks for reaching out. Our JBL Tune Flex isn't Qi-compatible with wireless charging docks like Apple MagSafe. The earbuds can only be charged by putting them inside the rechargeable charging case which can be plugged into a power outlet. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.
