In the guide, look for the manual pairing controls. I had success by holding one of the earbuds button for 5 seconds ( while the other is inside of the case ) , after the 5 seconds you'll see a white light - its turned off now. Hold the button for another 5 seconds until you see white and blue flash, you should then see the earbuds on your computer's Bluetooth list to select and pair the one that says "audio".
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue. What I did I went settings, Bluetooth & other devices scrolled Dow to “Related settings” clicked on “ More Bluetooth options “ once a little window opens under the tab “options” make sure the box where it says “ Allow Bluetooth devices to find this PC” is checked. It worked for me I hope it works for you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You have to make sure it is in the pairing mode. Another answer has it right. You put one earbud in the case and have one out to do the pairing with the Windows 10 device. Follow the directions they came with to get it into the pairing mode where the light is flashing blue AND white. The next key step is to look for the JBL TUNE125TWS device labeled "Audio" in the list of discoverable devices. Otherwise I think if you pick any other from the list not labeled "Audio" it will ask for a pin and you can't get past that.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thank you so much to the previous reveiw. I was able to discover my JBL with the More Bluetooth Options. Now let's see if they can work for Teams and Zoom meetings. Lol
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The earbuds will automatically switch to pairing mode once taken out of the charging case. Go to your computer's add device to search for the JBL Tune 125TWS to pair and connect to it.
