Contact JBL. It’s the Auto Pause and Play feature that’s flawed. I ended up smashing mine on the ground out of rage. I was sick of them pausing on me all the time for no reason.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had the same issue since making the purchase. I’ll be in the middle of a workout and they pause. I unpause them and they immediately stop again. The only way for me to fix it has been to completely turn off the headphones and reconnect, but even that is a short term solution before they act up again. It’s been so frustrating and looks like JBL Support addressed every possible issue but the root cause. Some people don’t have time to call support. Just replace with an Apple product. Whatever this “safety” feature is, it shouldn’t have been included.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. What's even more infuriating, you can turn off the auto pause, but for some reason, it doesnt turn off the annoying blip noises that indicate the auto pause feature, so whatever you're listening to won't pause, but still be interrupted by constant blips of the malfunctioning feature. It seemed nice at first but the headphones were too tight, like anyone I broke them in and loosened the fit, only to have this problem emerge. Had to be the worst design flaw in headphones I've ever seen
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I know for my headphones if the ear pieces move the music will pause. Try the app to adjust the settings.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We appreciate your feedback on our JBL UA Project Rock Over-Ear-Training. Here are some things to try that often fix this issues. Always have a clear line of sight between your headphones, and source device (Smartphone/tablet/PC, etc). Be aware of obstacles in front of your devices. Try to shut down products that have Bluetooth, but are not being used. Make sure there are no other source connected to your headphones. The ideal Bluetooth range is 5 meters up to 10 meters. Going more than that may lead to audio dropouts/disconnections. If doesn't fix the issue, please contact JBL Customer Service for technical support and assistance.
