QuestionI recently purchased this and am having trouble taking off the ear pads to wash them. Any advice on how to approach this? The manual is extremely vague in how to take off the ear pads.

QuestionIs the on switch supposed to spring back down, I just bought these and when i push the on switch up it just stays in that position unless i push it back down. Just wondering if mine are defective.

QuestionDoes anybody know where I can get replacement ear cushions/pads that fit the over ear project rocks, they just twist off obviously but everything ok seeing looks like it’s stuck on and requires being popped on or off. Demented looking for them help

- Answer They come off. I used to put them inside one of my Jean pockets whenever I washed them and I air dried them afterwards.

- Answer Yes it can, but the Earphone End of Wire is 2.5mm. The other end is the normel 3.5mm. These headphones sound great with phone.

- Answer Our JBL UA Project Rock supports standard SBS codecs. It is standard A2DP. It does not support APT-X or LDAC. Using these headphones while watching videos may cause audio-video delays since it's designed for listening to music.

QuestionMine stopped working on the right side. they could not fix it in the store because they don't have this membrane (for the sound) with the converter inside. Do you know where I can buy this one? The converter or its cable seems no longer to work.

QuestionThe headphones play in stereo with the bluetooth connection, but with a wired connection the sound is mono, not stereo. Is there a way to get the headphones to play in stereo when using the wired connection?
