I also have this problem. It won’t charge no matter what cord I use or anything.

Here are some troubleshooting steps that might help isolate the issue. First, you may power cycle by pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds while the unit is not plugged into a power source to see if the unit will unlock. You may also use another charging cable and power adapter to see if the unit will charge.
