• They both have the same feature except the 3.5 mm audio cable Input feature that the JBL Xtreme 3 has. In terms of output power, our JBL Xtreme 3 has a 2 x 25W RMS woofer and a 2 x 25W RMS tweeter for a total of 100W, whereas our JBL Charge 5 has 40W.

• the charge 5 has so much bass…small but mighty the xtreme 3 is awesome for the strap
