- Answer Thank you for choosing JENSEN. You cannot add speakers directly to the unit. The backside has RCA Line-out Jacks. Using a cable to connect this to another amp, or pre-amp, you can drive additional speakers.

- Answer Yes. This JENSEN model JTA-230 features direct MP3 Encoding from the turntable or the auxiliary input jack right to your computer using the included USB cord and conversion software.

QuestionCan you add additional speakers to this as the sound is not so great. If so, what speakers are recommended.

- Answer Do not connect additional speakers to this unit as there is not enough power to drive them. On the back of this unit is a pair of LINE OUT RCA jacks. You can connect this unit to an external Hi-Fi / AMPLIFIER system by connecting the LINE OUT RCA Jacks to the auxiliary input jacks on your Hi-Fi / AMPLIFIER system with RCA cables (not included). Then the additional speakers can be connected to the auxiliary AMPLIFIER.

- Answer This JENSEN model has RCA connectors on the back side. This LINE-OUT will allow you to connect to your pre-amp. And, yes, this will play 45's

QuestionRecently bought this player. I recently got a special green vinyl record of Charlie Brown Christmas. I notice when I play it, it is rubbing on the back hinge where the cover raises and lowers. It only does it on this record. Is it the green vinyl?
