My husband couldn’t either & thought they were broken. But I connected right away. Once you turn it on you have to hold the button until it says “pairing”. It feels like a long time, but it will eventually say it. Make sure your Bluetooth is on your phone as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. When you first turn on earbuds hold power button on so power light flashes, then tell phone to find new Bluetooth device
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hey confused, Please review the following pairing instructions: 1. Power off your headset. 2. Hold the power button and watch for the Bluetooth lights to come on. You will see red and blue lights flashing back and forth. This can take up to 10 seconds. 3. Once you see the red and blue lights flashing, you will then be able to let go of the power button, and open the settings in your device (phone, computer or tablet). Locate the headset with your bluetooth device (usually named JLab __ ). If you are still running into pairing issues, please feel free to reach out to us either via email [email protected] or shoot us a call at 405.445.7219 Monday-Thursday between 8am-5pm p.t & Friday 8am-3pm p.t so that we may walk you through the pairing process. Thanks, JLab Audio #FINDYOURGO
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue at first. I had to hold the buttons down on the buds to start their connection process and then manually start the scanning process on my phone. It wouldn't find it automatically. It did take about 5-10 seconds before it finally found it.
