if they wont connect at the same time, put them both in the case and tap them 7 times at the same time and wait a second and they should connect. then you can pair them to your device

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Please try this manual reset. 1. Enter your Bluetooth device settings & forget your JLab device. 2. Open the charging case and keep the earbuds inside. Quickly tap each earbud 7x (either bud first) The light blinks blue 3x then turns off. Repeat same steps with other earbud. Quickly tap 7x the touch sensor. The light blinks blue 3 times then turns off. 3. You may now remove your earbuds from the charging case, keeping them fairly close to each other. One should blink blue & white while the other stays a solid white. They should now be ready to be paired :)
