• I use them whlie going on my elliptical. They stay in good. You may need to experiment with the different plug sizes it comes with. It comes with three different sizes, I wen't with the largest size.

• Use them when I go running and never had them fall out. They come with 3 different ear bud sizes, just make sure to wear one that’s snug.

• It depends on your ear, mine fall out while I’m sitting, but it’s my ear size and the type of tips, they offered a promotion on new tips if you register your earbuds, but I’m still waiting for mine, however you can purchase them separately if the original don’t work for your ears, there is an app for J-Labs where you do all of that. They offer foam tips, which would be better for jogging as they expand and hold in your ear, but are still easy to remove.
