• You can change the name but im pretty sure you cant get a case from them anywhere

• I looked for cases as well. They aren’t anywhere and I think there aren’t any because of where JLab placed the charge port.

• You can change the name under Bluetooth settings. Click Bluetooth settings and you will see a rename setting.

• Yes you can rename them. Mine came with a chargeable case so not sure how to answer that except maybe go back to Best Buy and see if they sell just the case. Hope this helps.

• Unfortunately, you cannot change the name of the earbuds. Also, we currently don't have silicone cases for our earbuds, but these are great ideas :)
