I just got the air's and found that you cannot use both ear buds independently. You can use the right one by itself, but not the left. Reading the Jlab site, the icon's "dual connect", so you can use either left or right independently. I'm returning the Air and getting the Icon's to try them out and make sure. I like having each one work independently so I can charge one while using the other. Hopefully it works that way. I'll try and update here once I find out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Touch controls instead of buttons Longer battery life 6 hrs instead of 3.5hrs Dual connect headphones. So each ear bud connects to your phone separately, like the AirPods and the Sony WF1000XM3, so you can wear one at a time if you want 24 hours total battery life instead of 14 Includes cloud ear tips and 1 extra size. Includes a larger ear "wing" to have a more secure bud inside your ear.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Icons have Bluetooth 5.0, tap sensor, more battery life I believe and mic on each earbud so you can use either one or both the air only has one mic and Bluetooth is older version, I recommend the icons I can compare them to my AirPods honestly
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Touch sensitive buttons Gold etching Longer battery life Buds work individually, doesn't rely on the right bud for the left to work Includes Cloud foam tips Stereo calling
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The jbuds icon have longer battery life and pair independently. Whereas, the jbuds are dependent on the right ear connection and can only be used dependent of the right ear connection.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Icon are touch sensitive (hence the metallic/gold logo) the air have a button that you have to push. Some people say you just keep pushing them into your ears and is uncomfortable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As far as I know the touch pads as opposed to buttons. You don’t hurt your ears when you use the touch pads as you would pushing buttons. They are definitely worth the extra $10. You need to do your own research and compare the two models.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.as far as appearance goes the jlabs emblem is gold on the icon air and I think it's just subdued black on the jbud air. tech/specs I don't have a clue, other than longer battery life
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use the air independently all the time. Don’t know what you are doing wrong
