How to sink to my laptop, ipad, and phone null

My 1st pair connected to my android & laptop w/no problem. My 2nd pair I'm having a time connecting to my laptop. Although, it could be while I'm on the work WIFI. I need to try at home. I went through the bluetooth settings. Not an Apple user. Windows & Android.

Phone: Settings, Bluetooth. Ipad: Ditto. Mac: System Preferences, Bluetooth If you put them on and they sync to your phone but you want to use them with your computer, turn off bluetooth on Iphone and put earbuds back in case. Open up bluetooth on computer and take charged earbuds back out. They should sync or if they come up, click on them to connect.

Take both earbuds out of the charging case. They will automatically power on and enter pairing mode. On your laptop, click on the Bluetooth icon in the taskbar. Select "JLab JBuds Air Sport" from the list of available devices. Wait for your laptop to connect to the earbuds. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation beep. For your iPad: Make sure your iPad's Bluetooth is turned on and discoverable. Take both earbuds out of the charging case. They will automatically power on and enter pairing mode. On your iPad, go to Settings > Bluetooth. Select "JLab JBuds Air Sport" from the list of available devices. Wait for your iPad to connect to the earbuds. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation beep. For your phone: Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on and discoverable. Take both earbuds out of the charging case. They will automatically power on and enter pairing mode. On your phone, go to Settings > Bluetooth. Select "JLab JBuds Air Sport" from the list of available devices. Wait for your phone to connect to the earbuds. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation beep. Once your JLab JBuds Air Sport true wireless earbuds are synced to your laptop, iPad, and phone, you can easily switch between devices by simply turning off the Bluetooth on the device you're not using and turning on the Bluetooth on the device you want to use.
