Mine are awful for calls (and music). Only the right one works, and people cannot hear me clearly.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try checking if you have accidentally covered the active microphone on the Right earbud with the cush fins. I had similar problems and wondered why no one could hear me whilst I could hear them so clearly. I discovered the microphone was covered by the cush fins... sorted it out and all working perfectly... It does what I expect not to do for the price... can't complain.
