Press and hold the power button until the light alternately flashes blue and red (pairing mode). Immediately go to your phones bluetooth settings and you should see the “JLab Neon BT” then press connect. It should pair automatically. I hope that helps. Good luck!

Hold the power button and watch for the Bluetooth lights to come on. You will see red and blue lights flashing back and forth. This can take up to 10 seconds. 3. Once you see the red and blue lights flashing, you will then be able to let go of the power button, and open the settings in your device (phone, computer or tablet). Locate the headset with your bluetooth device (usually named JLab __ ).
