Can my apple iPad fit on this tripod null

Not without a different adapter. The tripod itself has a typical threaded mount (like for a camera)... the included adapter only works for smartphone-sized devices.

Probably not. Your iPad might be too big. I use an Android phone with a 6.5" screen and it fits great. There's about a 1/4" of space left in the clamp to fit anything bigger. Hope this helps.
