• A:Answer The part on the back of the phone holder that comes out a bit (the part with the circle of dots logo in it) has a little cutaway you put your finger in to open it. Then you can expand it! It takes a lot of force to open it the first time. Then it snaps back to lock in place. Hope this helps?

Q: QuestionOnce attached to a tripod how does this grip rotate from landscape to portrait? It seems the only way to get the phone in portrait is use the hotshoe adaptor.

Q: QuestionHello.If phone is vertical, the clamps need to go at the bottom of the phone because the back of the phone gets in the way when I try to screw the mount to tripod. Picture 2 of 14 shows that the clamps are near center of phone. Do I need specific tripod?
