Hi, Thank you for purchasing a Just Wireless product. USB-C is the new standard port instead of USB. The USB QC3.0 port uses Qualcomm QuickCharge™ technology which allows for the charging of battery powered devices, primarily mobile phones, at levels above and beyond the typical 5 volts and 2 amps for which most USB standards allow. This means you can charge the device connected on the QC3.0 port faster than the other ports. This power hub is a plug-and-play device and doesn't need instructions. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.USB C is a universal connector and specific to the device being charged. Unlike USB micro and A, the orientation of the charging end is not dependent on a particular side but enters easily from either. The 3.0 is a Turbo charger and charges at an accelerated rate.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.USB-C is simply a newer version of a USB port from Apple. It is faster; carries up to 100 watts of power for charging; it is smaller so it helps devices be smaller and thinner; and it is reversible so you can plug it in either way. Qc 3.0 is used with the Qualcom Quick Charge system. It offers multi-voltage charging; your device must support Quick Change from Qualcom to benefit from this port.
