• There is a button between the "+" & "-" on the unit itself. That is where you turn it on/off. There is a small light on the same side. It will tell you when its fully charged

• The headset has an indicator and when its charging it lights up red once it is done charging the light goes away. Once the headphones are paired to your cell phone the headphones have the round circle to answer the call. You can also get more help by calling JVC directly.
