My son has the Ekids headphones on Christmas 2019 It is now mid April 2020 and the headphones will not pair any more when I plug it to charge the red light blinks rapidly no charging no pairing no nothing Here I go... I opened the side where the charging port is I came to find out the black cable got lose so I went ahead and re attached it PROBLEM SOLVED Please note: you will need a soldering took with a fine point to b able to weld it back on also some patience and don’t throw your headphones away
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Please trying pressing the power button and holding it until the status light blinks rapidly. This puts it into the pairing mode. At that point you can go to the Bluetooth settings on your device and pair it.

Please try again later.First the blinking red light means need to be charge. and blue means connected to bluetooth on the phone. sometime the gummy wireless don't paired with the phone just go to settings, bluetooth and press add or deleted device. then connect the device to be paired again
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.While device is off, press the power button for like 5 sec until it starts blinking red/blue - which is the pairing mode. Then pair the headsets as usually.
