QuestionDoes this unit have a limit on memory size of the USB with music on it? I have seen some that limit you to 32GB or 64GB. I have a low profile drive with 128GB of music and want to make sure this stereo will play music from it.

- Answer It has an external microphone provided with the unit. The cable for the mic is long enough that it should be no problem finding a suitable location in your vehicle.

QuestionWhen trying to connect my phone via Bluetooth, I get a "No AUD DEVICE" error on the radio. I can't find that error in the troubleshooting... Second question is what kind of radio antenna/adapter do I need? (I'm not using this deck in a car)

QuestionMy unit say no device found bluetooth. Does it need resetting ? If so how ?

- Answer My iphone 7 paired without issues, following the instructions on page 15 of the instruction manual. I suggest trying to pair a different brand Bluetooth device or smart phone, the radio should pair up to 5 Bluetooth audio devices. You can try connecting the device manually to the radio (USB cable), and then try pairing again. You can access the radio reset button by removing the faceplate, see the figure on page 3 of the instructions. The radio must be reset within 5 seconds of removing the faceplate.

QuestionMy son has one of these radios and the usb port doesn't charge his android phone. It does for a second or two, then it stops. It keeps switching from charging to not charging which drains the battery. Does anyone know what the issue might be?

- Answer This could be an issue with the charging USB cable. Have you tried another USB Cable. Have you tired another phone to this radio to charge correctly?
