• Fully charge the headset. Make sure “Bluetooth” is activated on whatever device you’re attempting to pair with. Press and hold the power button on the headset until you hear “Power on; pairing”. On the device you’re pairing with, search for the name containing “JVC” and select it. If that doesn’t pair the headset to your phone/tablet/TV or whatever, contact JVC/Kenwood.
