• Hi there, great question! Yes, parchment paper can be used in the Maxx :) Please make sure it is not close to any heating elements

• I have use foil, and have no issues. I haven't tried parchment paper but I would assume you can since it is normally used it in a regular oven, and this air fryer oven has the oven function.
