Q: QuestionCord and adapter plugged into wall and into Kano. Battery not charging. Screen shows battery outline with only a red line across the bottom, apparently indicating battery has no charge. Please advise how to charge.

Q: QuestionWhere can I plug in a 3.5mm mic input.... I notice the speaker input is four pin. Does that mean it can be split into a seperate mic and speaker 3pin cables using a mic and headphone splitter?

• A:Answer So are you saying the 3.5mm jack on the side can take a gaming headset with a microphone. So that I can USE the actual microphone on the headset..... please let me know. I do not want to Bluetooth a microphone or use the open mic. I would like to know if the jack supports both speaker output and mic input. Please let me know.

• A:Answer I don't see why not. I have a an old, similar Asus and have used Chrome Remote Desktop successfully on it. However, I was not happy with the program itself, as I kept losing connectivity to/from one computer to another. I recommend TeamViewer instead.

• A:Answer Hi! Yes, and no. The kano PC comes in S-mode, which makes the computer have a longer battery life, and have faster speeds. You can take it out of s-mode to download the program, but once you do, you CAN'T join back. Don't worry, as the speed and battery changes aren't that bad. Hope I could help! Best Regards, Matt
