- Answer If a 2013 VW Tiguan S has a Double DIN slot, then yes it should. My suggestion would be use the vehicle compatability checker at Crutchfield. - Answer The radio does offer the option of adding the iData Link Maestro adapter that does integrate climate controls. To see if your vehicle is compatible with this adapter you can call them directly or consult with your local Best Buy team.

QuestionDoes this model come with a warranty? We didn't buy a BB extended. Is there anything that can be done if it gets wet in a light rain shower? The top of the Jeep was left off all night and we had a light rain and now it is not working. Thanks!

- Answer The DMX7706S comes with a 1 year manufactures warranty however the warranty does not cover any type of water damage. If it did get wet it would be best to replace the radio as the warranty will not cover that. I'm sorry to say that having it repaired would not be an option as water leads to corrosion and Kenwood's service facility cannot fix corrosion.

- Answer I have this one and no, it doesn't work with the turn signal camera. It also doesn't sync to the dashboard clock.

QuestionThis unit doesn't have a camera input, but can be connected through a maestro adaptor. What does this involve? Will functionality of the backup camera be reduced? Would I be better off with the lower cost DMX4707S unit that has the camera inputs?

- Answer The DMX7706 does have its own front and rear view camera inputs. You may want to contact Kenwood directly on the specific questions you have to make sure you get into a radio that fits your setup.

- Answer The radio has a reverse wire that would trigger the back up camera to show when in reverse. You didn't provide a upgraded model to compare it to. If you have a model that you are looking into you can call Kenwood directly to compare any of their models as they would have more information.
